Terms of Service

SiteBlox is an AI-powered website builder. You describe a website in plain language; our AI agent (powered by Anthropic Claude models) writes Next.js + Tailwind code, deploys it to a Vercel project we provision for you, manages DNS and HTTPS, and lets you make changes by sending more messages.

The service is provided as is. AI-generated code and copy may contain errors or inaccuracies — review what the agent produces before you use it for customer-facing purposes (especially legal text, prices, contact details, and contracts).

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use SiteBlox. By creating an account you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us at support@siteblox.ai as soon as you suspect any unauthorised access.

We offer a free tier with a one-time welcome credit allowance, and paid plans (currently Pro at USD $27/month and Business at USD $139/month) plus optional credit top-up packs. Prices are listed at siteblox.ai/pricing.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not pro-rate paid time on cancel.

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. We may change pricing or plan contents on at least 30 days' notice; if you do not accept the change, you may cancel before it takes effect.

You agree not to use SiteBlox to build, host, or distribute:

• Content that is illegal in Thailand or in the country where it is published.
• Malware, phishing pages, fraudulent storefronts, or scams.
• Material that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark, or privacy.
• Content sexualising or endangering minors, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Hate speech or content that incites violence against a person or group.
• Adult content that violates the policies of the upstream services we rely on (Vercel, Cloudflare, Stripe).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section. In serious cases (illegal content, abuse) we may act immediately and without notice.

Your sites belong to you. The code, text, images, and data of the websites you generate through SiteBlox are yours. You can export, migrate, or take them elsewhere at any time.

The SiteBlox platform itself — the agent, the admin tooling, the deploy pipeline, the brand, and the underlying software — belongs to SiteBlox. By using the service you do not acquire any rights to our platform beyond the licence we grant you to use it.

You grant us the rights we need to host and serve your project: to store its files, run its code on our infrastructure, deliver it through our CDN, and show previews of it inside our admin tools.

You are responsible for the content of the websites you publish, including content the AI agent generated on your instructions. Review prices, addresses, contact information, and any claims about your business before publishing — the AI does not have first-hand knowledge of your operations.

We do not claim ownership of AI outputs created for your account. However, similar outputs may be produced for other customers; we cannot and do not promise that AI-generated content is unique to you.

SiteBlox is built on top of services we do not operate:

• Anthropic — AI inference (Claude models).
• Vercel — hosting and deploys for your project.
• Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection.
• Stripe — billing and PromptPay payments.
• Resend — transactional emails.
• Sentry — error monitoring.
• Upstash Redis — operational data.

Each provider has its own terms. Where they apply to your use, you agree to comply with them. We do our best to choose providers with a strong record on security and data protection — see our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Thai consumer protection law.

You may stop using SiteBlox at any time. Closing your account deletes your sessions and stops auto-renewals; project data is kept for 30 days after closure (in case you change your mind) and then permanently deleted.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, for non-payment, or to comply with a legal obligation. Where appropriate, we will give you notice and a chance to fix the issue; where the violation is serious or unlawful, we may act without notice.

We may update these terms from time to time. For significant changes we will post the updated version at siteblox.ai/terms at least 30 days before they take effect, and notify active users by email. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not, you may cancel before they take effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Bangkok have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

If you are a consumer in another jurisdiction, you may have rights under your local law that these terms cannot override; nothing here limits those rights.
